Registrations can be completed online at the Play Football website. If you have any queries regarding registration see our FAQs section below. If you can’t find an answer, you can contact the club via email at info@portunited.com.au.
Note: Registrations are not accepted or confirmed until full payment is received. No player can take the field until full payment is received – no exceptions!
Pricing
Our fees have gone up this year, BUT players’ registration fees will not! We are well aware of how tough it has been for players and families, and are happy to absorb the rise in cost. Team gear including shorts ($25) and socks ($15) is available for purchase on our registration days in February, plus online 24/7 via www.c2csport.com.au/collections/port-united-fc
Registration FAQs
What age do you need to be to play soccer?
Kids can start playing soccer the year they turn five, i.e. they must turn five in the calendar year. There is no age limit to playing soccer, in addition to the junior teams, we also have senior mens, senior ladies, premier league and over 35s teams.
Will my child be in the same team each year?
Yes, the club will keep your child in the same team as they progress through the age groups. If you would like to change teams at any time, just email the club and let us know.
Can I request to play with a friend or join a team?
Yes, you can request to play with your friends or to join an existing team. Just email the club and let us know. If there is room available in the team, we will happily give you a place. However, preferences are given to existing team players returning from the previous year. If there is no room available in your requested team, the club will consider your request and do the best we can but cannot guarantee.
